Two of my 5 perk phones only load videos and never plays them or gets points.

Basically title, the phones act like they are loading a video and just keep going forever, an infinite load screen. This problem only occurred in these 2 devices after I rooted them so I removed root to try and reverse the problem. Still didn't work. Next I completely factory reset the phones and the phones still kept having the infinite load screen :( the app works fine but the videos just won't play

Has anybody else had this problem or know how to fix it? Any help is appreciated, thanks!
