Will a router with multiple networks allow you to get around the 1 Account per User limit?

If I connect 5 phones to Account 1 and use Network 1 with those phones, could I connect 5 other phones to Account 2 and use Network 2 without having to confirm ID?

I'm assuming the different networks would have different IPs, but I'm not sure if Perk would be seeing those IPs or the IP of the router itself.

Swagbucks at first seems too good to be true right? They are just going to give you free stuff for just searching for a word in their search engine, watching videos, answering a few simple questions.
