I just posted this on r/babybumps but I could really use some prayers
Last Thursday, I went in for a routine checkup+ultrasound. Dr did an ultrasound measured 6 weeks when I should have been 10. (I would have been 11 weeks today) Dr sent me next day to the hospital to have another ultrasound.. inconclusive, because they saw the same things; fetal tissue, no heartbeat, measuring small. So today he had scheduled a third ultrasound for Friday.
Until maybe Sunday I haven't had any miscarriage symptoms at all. My breasts were still sore, nipples still sensitive.. those were the only pregnancy symptoms I had. Sunday I started mildly cramping. Barely felt it just kinda sore. Yesterday, same thing. But the past two days I have had headaches come and go (don't know if it's related). Today my fiance and I had the day off together, we went out to lunch, went shopping, had dinner, went to his parents house. Right before we left, I used the bathroom and I passed a clot. His sister gave me a pad and we went on our way home. Called my Dr, he'll see us in the morning unless I'm bleeding through a pad every hour. So far, just felt pretty crampy(like menstrual cramps) and the one clot and then blood when I wipe.
So now I'm in bed with my fiance, resting, praying this won't be more terrible than it has to be. I'm scared of bleeding too much and dying (which I know is probably ridiculous) worrying about my sad fiancé, sad we lost our baby, afraid of what's to come next, nervous if they have to do a d&c (the doc said probably, but we will see tomorrow).
