How does one put their faith & trust back in God after failing God SO MUCH for SO LONG?

Long time lurker, first time poster.
I believe in God. His son Jesus and his Holy Spirit. I believe in the bible cover to cover.
I was devout, volunteered at my church, tithed, attended bible study etc. But in recent years I've done my own thing. Getting myself in to some hardships, calling on God, God rescues me then I'm back to my own thing. I feel like such a..d-bag for treating God like that. I don't know where I'm going with this..I could use some prayer and guidance, I guess. Maybe some advice on how you the readers may have been in my shoes? And what you did?

Never fails to amaze me when I hear atheist tell me how evolution, the big bang theory, etc are fact. I am told how great minds agree on them so they obviously have proof. Swagbucks at first seems too good to be true right? They are just going to give you free stuff for just searching for a word in their search engine, watching videos, answering a few simple questions.
