Has perk device limit per app changed or is it still very vague?

I was just wondering they are actually telling us how many devices we are allowed to use or if they are stick to "you can use as many as you want but not too much"

From what I have read the general rule is 5 devices per app. Does that mean you would be safe using 5 phones on each one of their apps at the same time?
