perk chrome browser extension...

when I try to login...it tells me I need an 8 character password never needed one before old 7 character password always worked in the past AND to top it off, firefox extension allows me to log in with my old password...but perk.com/code tells me I need the extension...I already have the extension installed...that is where I logged in!?

Swagbucks at first seems too good to be true right? They are just going to give you free stuff for just searching for a word in their search engine, watching videos, answering a few simple questions.
