Had a $17.67 (all I had) charge from 2000 miles away on my perk card.

Anyone dealt with perk for a new card? Called the number on the back..laughable. Automated "Please log into perk. Email us."

And I've found minimal along the lines of a specific portal to a plastik faq or help regarding this.

Advice?

Swagbucks at first seems too good to be true right? They are just going to give you free stuff for just searching for a word in their search engine, watching videos, answering a few simple questions.
