went to redeem my first reward on Perk, a $10 Amazon GC, and after entering my phone number i get this message: "Authorization failure: Could not find user with the supplied access token." it did that for both the SMS and call options.

what does this mean and how can i fix it?

Swagbucks at first seems too good to be true right? They are just going to give you free stuff for just searching for a word in their search engine, watching videos, answering a few simple questions.
