How do you deal with breaking a girl's heart?

this girl and me had been dating from 2011-2015. she helped to introduce me to Christ and that I be born again from a former humanist life. we broke up in September 2015, and two days ago decided to give it another go. It didn't feel genuine to me; the cuddling and kissing was awesome and comfortable but I just don't love her in a romantic way like I used to.

Tonight I had to tell her the truth that it just isn't in my heart to lead our relationship on into what could very well not work out. I feel so terrible.

How do you deal with breaking somebody's heart?

Swagbucks at first seems too good to be true right? They are just going to give you free stuff for just searching for a word in their search engine, watching videos, answering a few simple questions.
