The role is, I input data from a piece of paper into the computer, put it in a box, then go ahead with the next one until the box is full, close the box and put it aside and go onto the next one. 8 hours straight, 5 days a week.
I have a feeling that this job will drain the life out of me as the days go by, is there anything you guys would recommend me to keep sane, while I continue to do this job?
Also, I'm wondering if 25 dollars an hour for this job is worth staying? If anyone else does data entry, can you tell me your hourly wage? (People who aren't in Australia are also encouraged to reply!)
I type more than 115 wpm (words per minute) and have higher than 13000 KSPH (Keystrokes per hour) I'm wondering if this skill can get me a better paying job, compared to the other people I work with in the office, their typing is really slow.. I'm from Australia! :)
